At an altitude of 1,250 m, in the Alpe d’Huez ski area, the IDA restaurant enjoys a privileged and magnificent setting, in the heart of the authentic village of Vaujany, overlooking the Grandes Rousses massif.

According to the market and the chef’s inspiration, the dishes evolve over the days, in compositions each more attractive than the next. The scallops and their pecorino waffle are coiled in a cream whipped with “De Neuvic” caviar ; the morel cream enhances a roasted veal nut accompanied by potato pancakes and sautéed spinach leaves …

Pitchounes special card

Children are also pampered at the IDA restaurant ! The chef feasts and treats, by concocting his special menu “Les Pitchounes”, ideal for young gourmets and gourmets who love good, made-to-measure dishes. For dessert, the famous sweets already make parents green with envy !

The chef

The Restaurant IDA is happy to present its new chef, Stéphane Jarjanette.

Stéphane spent 10 years working alongside three-starred chef Christophe Bacquié in Le Castellet, after spending several years with Thierry Marx and Philippe Etchebest in Bordeaux and Yoann Conte in Chamonix.

This young chef with an enchanting smile will tickle your taste buds with his artistic, exquisite and generous creations.
